Tokyo Campus
December 18, 2011

Raking up all the fallen leaves

On December 18, volunteers from the Ojo Group of the Tokyo Soka Elementary School Preservation Society came to clean up the school campus and its surroundings.
The volunteers met at 9 o’clock that morning and discussed their plan for cleaning up the campus. Because it was nearing the end of the autumn foliage season, the ground and paths were covered with fallen leaves. After they finalized their plan, the volunteers set about to raking the leaves and tidying up the campus.
The end of the second term is fast approaching. With the “Soka Gakuen Music Festival” on December 24 just around the corner, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the people in the community that help support daily school life.
