“Hora, Dekita yo” Exhibition: Expressing joy in colors and shapes

“Hora, Dekita yo (Look, I did it)”, a student art exhibition put on by private elementary schools in Tokyo, began today at the Exhibition Hall on the 8th floor of Matsuya Ginza. This year marks the 27th year of the exhibition.

A total of 23 private elementary schools participated in the exhibition, with the students from Tokyo Soka Elementary School submitting approximately 150 paintings and three-dimensional creations. The artistic creations they worked hard to make not only conveyed a sense of joy through colors and shapes, but also expressed the children’s sincerity and cheerful disposition.

Admission to the exhibition is free. The Exhibition Hall will be open each day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between February 1 and 6. (Please note that doors close at 5 p.m. on the last day).
