“Graduation Exhibition”- Each grade looks back at the school year

The sixth year students, who are scheduled to graduate this Friday, will hold a “graduation exhibition”.

The exhibition will be held in the lounge of Ikeda Memorial Hall and will display a number of works created by the sixth year students. These artistic creations include written compositions, calligraphy works, handcrafts, senryu (traditional form of Japanese poetry), and newspapers. The exhibition not only commemorates the students’ graduation, but also serves as a testament to their growth.

The students in the remaining grades (first through fifth) also took part in celebrating the graduation of the sixth year students. They made cards that depicted their memories of the school year. These cards can be seen on the bulletin boards of each grade.

The commemorative works of the graduating students will be on display during the “Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival)”, an open campus event scheduled to be held on March 31 and April 1.
