The 36th graduation ceremony

Sapporo Soka Kindergarten held its 36th graduation ceremony in the Prince and Princess Hall at 10 o’clock in the morning on March 16.
The students entered the hall accompanied by a lively rendition of the song, “Ichinensei ni Nattara (When I Enter First Grade)”. The hall was filled with parents who proudly watched the procession of cheerful graduating students dressed in dark blue caps and gowns
After singing the kindergarten song, “Tsuyoku Tadashiku Nobinobito (Be Strong, Just and Free)”, the children received their graduation certificates. The graduating princes and princesses of the sun, who had grown so much during their time at the kindergarten, each said “Thank you” in a loud voice when they were handed their certificate. Following the presentation of the graduation certificates, the children listened attentively to the heartfelt message from the founder that was delivered by the principal, as well as a recording of a send-off message from the children in the junior class. Next, the graduates joined together to heartily recite “The Pledge”. To close out the ceremony, the children cheerfully performed the songs “Minna Tomodachi (We're All Friends)” and “Daisuki Soka Yochien (We Love Soka Kindergarten)”.
Following the ceremony, the graduates held a farewell party with their dear teachers in the nursery room. In the end, they boldly passed through the Smile Gate as they embarked on their journey into a future full of hope.
The kindergarten sends its hearty congratulations to all the graduating children and their parents. Please feel free to drop by anytime.
