An Optimistic Approach to Raising Children” (Professor Haruo Magari); “Lessons from Africa” (Professor Akio Nishiura); “Examining the Birth of Soka Education” (Associate Professor Takao Ito); “Character Portraits from the Chinese Classic Romance of the Three Kingdoms” (Takashi Mitsuda, university lecturer); “Disease and The Tale of Genji” (Noboru Otsuki, teacher); “Aiming to Develop a ‘Cosmic Perspective’” (Katsutoshi Ikeda, teacher); and “The Joy of Singing, Watching, and Listening to Music” (by Hideo Taguchi, teacher). There was a full audience for each lecture, with 353 participants coming from the Kinki area and beyond. It was truly a day of fruitful learning through life education.
