Third year students take TOEIC

Tokyo Soka Senior High School held the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) for the third year students in the Comprehensive Studies Class (a class for those looking to enter the Soka University). The school conducts the test to help improve the comprehensive English-language skills of prospective university students. This year approximately 80% of the third year students took the test. The school plans to continue offering various programs, such as the “Special TOEIC Studies” to be held the next term, aimed at creating a “Soka Gakuen where students are proficient in English”. Through these courses and programs, the school intends to provide students with the English language abilities they need for university.
