37th Children’s Festival in commemoration of Wisdom Day

The 37th Children’s Festival in commemoration of Wisdom Day was held on November 23 (Friday) and 24 (Saturday). A number of parents and guests attended this two-day festival, which successfully ended without incident.
The words for year’s theme—“Children of the sun, have fun, work hard, and play nice!!”—were taken from the message given by the founder at the previous entrance ceremony. Inspired by this theme, the children of the sun put in a lot of time and effort into rehearsing their performances for the festival. Their hard work paid off, with both the adorable performances of the junior class students and dignified presentations of senior class students drawing a lot of applause from the parents and guests in attendance. During the last program put on by the senior class students, “Taiheiyo ni Kakeru Niji (Rainbow Across the Pacific)”, the students read the school pledge and sang a song accompanied by sign language and hand bells. Their charming performance deeply moved the audience and earned a thunderous round of applause.
Watched over affectionately by their parents and the founder, the children of the sun made great strides during this festival. Their eyes glistened with joy and a sense of accomplishment, knowing that they had successfully overcome the challenges set out before them.
The kindergarten would like to sincerely thank the parents who helped organize the event.
