School holds an English summer seminar

The school held an English summer seminar for two days from July 25 to 26.
Thanks to efforts by English-native instructors, 42 participating students actively attended classes and enjoyed games, which were all conducted in English.
Also, there was an opportunity to have a talk with students and graduates from the Soka University of America, which made the seminar very productive for the junior high school students.
One of the students commented, "This was my first time communicating in English for as long as three hours. I was nervous at first because I could not understand what they were saying. But now, it's different. I would rather be spoken to in English. I think my ears and mouth have been getting used to English."
