School lunch: A series of world cuisine – Vietnam


On Monday, December 11, the school served lunch under the theme of "World cuisine - Vietnam."

The menu consisted of Bun Bo Xao (beef on noodles) and Vietnamese-style shrimp fritters. Through these dishes, students were able to enjoy the atmosphere of Vietnam, in Japan. Some students that might not have been completely satisfied only with noodles added a bowl of rice with some handmade, Japanese furikake seasoning to it.
