Soyokai general meeting held—A symbol of the hopeful future of Soka education!

On September 17, the Soyokai general meeting was held at Toyohira Cultural Hall, which is located close to the kindergarten. This year marks the 43rd anniversary of the kindergarten, and graduates who belong to the first graduate class through to the first-year senior high school students who finished junior high school this March met together, while all smiles. The participants were coming from Sapporo City, as well as from within and outside Hokkaido.
All the graduates watched a video of long-forgotten scenes and received a welcome video message from the kindergarten children, which instantly reminded the participants of the "good old days" at kindergarten, making them smile. Representatives of the graduates then reported on their achievements in work and on what they did for their parents. Listening to these reports, the participants were motivated to work even harder. In addition, Councilor Kusaka of Soka Gakuen delivered words of encouragement to the graduates.
Following the general meeting, Homecoming Day was held, and a lot of graduates and their families visited the kindergarten. They spent a fun time talking with their old classmates and teachers about how they were doing and finding their names on the nameplate bearing all the graduates’ names.
Before the Soyokai general meeting, there was a Hokkaido Haginokai general meeting, for which participants from around the nation, including Tokyo, Saitama, Osaka, and Fukuoka, came together. The kindergarten sincerely thanks the members of the Haginokai for their continued support.
