Student receives award at Human Rights Essay Contest for Junior High School Students


Masayoshi Asano, a third-year student a Kansai Soka Junior High School, was awarded the "Director-General of the Human Rights Bureau Award" at the "38th Human Rights Essay Contest for Junior High School Students," hosted by the Ministry of Justice. The title of his work is "Boku no Katei wa Saikou no Gakusha" ("My Home is the Best School"). This essay was selected as one of the best 37 works from a total of 933,992 entries nationwide. Asano participated in the awards ceremony, which was held at Abeno Citizen Center on Sunday, December 9.
